Having audio alongside transcriptions is magical. Think of it this way: Let's say you had the option to read a 400 page biography or autobiography of a great-great-grandmother who you never met - OR - you had the option to listen to them talk for one minute ... just one minute ... which would you choose? For us, it's no contest. Hearing their voice for one minute would bring you closer to the actual person than any amount of reading. • There are never any costs, subscriptions, or fees of any kind to listen to the audio. We care deeply about your long-term happiness with our products and have no paywalls or gotchas, ever. Our products are one flat price, upfront. 
• The cover is hardback and the design is chosen by the author or whoever has admin access to their account.  
• You can purchase multiple copies of the book so that every household in your family has a copy. 
• The book is printed as it exists today. The author may return and add stories, photos, etc., throughout their life. We have a nice workflow to help authors answer thought-provoking questions and complete their story start to finish, making it ready to print sooner rather than later. And most authors finish their story sufficient enough to print early on. Just know it can change later. 
• Having said that, if you have a printed a copy which subsequently changes, when you scan a QR code to access the page or book, you will see all of the newest content. Your digital experience is never limited to the physical copy in your hands.
