If you’ve not accessed your Audiobiography for a while, you’re in for a treat. Here are the highlights:
-
The user interface has undergone a complete change. It’s more intuitive, transcribes faster, and is easier to update, organize, and add to. The design is now built with the end result in mind.
-
Recording limits have been increased to 15 minutes per session, and include a new auto-save feature.
-
You can now include unlimited pictures with any story, and add captions.
-
There are stats above the book’s cover image to help you work toward a goal of capturing your life story.

Every Audiobiography begins with stats at the top, followed by your cover image which is now sized as the actual cover of your book. The title and subtitle can be repositioned to any location on the cover.

The Table of Contents displays which topics you’ve added stories to, and which you have not. These can be rearranged or deleted, and you can add as many new questions or topics as you’d like. You can add any number of individual recordings and any number of pictures to any topic. Only completed topics become part of your finished book. The rest are there only as your digital guide.

As you record your transcription appears on the page, exactly as it will when your book is printed. The audio QR code is also visible at the top of the page. When your book is printed, this is where anyone looking at the book can scan to listen to the original audio. You can click within any transcription to edit it. You can think of this as a “proof as you go” experience.

Finally, when you’re done recording stories, you can print the entire volume into an Interactive Legacy Book. Just click the print button to start the process.

Our Interactive Legacy Book is hardcover and can be up to 780 pages long. It’s a keepsake you can hold, flip through, and put on your shelf for others to pull down and look at. But when you crack the cover, you aren’t just reading transcriptions and seeing photos. You are listening to the author’s voice. It’s an authentic and magical experience, really unlike anything else.
Now through Christmas we’re giving everyone who purchases an Audiobiography a free Interactive Legacy Book. Read more below.
